Berkshire Family Mediation is a Reading based charity, helping divorced and separated families for over 25 years.
Support Star was initially brought on board to complete a website launch project, albeit on meeting the team, realised that the charity had no branding and identity in place to support this project.
We worked with the charity team and its chosen design agency, LetterPress Design, to carry out a branding and identity project across all marketing collateral, from letterheads, compliment slips and flyers, to business cards.
Once the branding and identity project was completed, we carried out a WordPress website launch in collaboration with the charity’s chosen digital agency, Letterpress Design. We worked closely with the team on their requirements, drafting, editing and uploading content and on page search engine optimisation, ensuring launch to time and budget. We carried out comprehensive website training with the charity team to enable them to keep the website up to date post launch.
