“I met with Susan early into my private practice journey. I’d set up a small private practice completing neurodevelopmental assessments within an MDT, whilst on maternity leave with my second baby. I soon realised that the administrative burden of this was much more significant than I’d expected, and was spending far too much time in the middle of the night panicking that I’d sent the wrong email to the wrong client. Luckily, I found Susan before this came true!
Susan was extremely prompt to respond to my initial enquiry. She met with me to discuss what I was looking for and talk me through the options. It was clear that this was ‘not her first rodeo’ and she had a solid understanding of the field and what I was trying to achieve. Once we’d agreed that Cliniko was well suited to our practice, she moved swiftly to get this set up and personalised to my specific services. She spent time with my associates training them up in what they needed to know, whilst also giving her time and patience to my very un-techy self to ensure everything would run smoothly. She also spent time linking up my new software with my banking, to smooth out the process of invoicing, which has been A LIFE SAVER!!
Since the initial set-up, Susan has been contactable to talk me through the setting up additional features that would be helpful for the team as the business is growing. Cliniko is working fantastically and is saving us so much time as a service (time that can now be best spent where it should be- with clients).
I will be forever grateful to Susan for the time, warmth and patience she has shown me and my colleagues. Her input has kept me afloat with a fast growing private practice, part-time employed role and very young family. To anyone thinking about working with Susan, I cannot recommend her enough and I’m not sure where we’d be without her!”
