Founder and Director of Support Star Ltd, Susan Maloney has over 20 years’ industry experience in senior operational support roles.  Susan launched Support Star in 2011, recognising the increasing need for a flexible marketing and business support service solution for the small business community.

Working with medical and legal professionals in private practice, consultants and small business owners, Susan and her team offer a wide range of marketing, online business management (OBM) / virtual assistant services and onsite business support, from Medical Practice Management (niche service), Marketing & Communications, Digital and Social Media, to Business Support Services across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, the Thames Valley, and virtually nationwide. We work with channel partners and associates who are experts in their field, including website developers, graphic designers, printers etc, so you have access to the latest technologies and expertise. We are your behind-the-scenes “Support Star” helping your small business look great!
